Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Returns Policy

To receive a refund, the parts must be shipped back to us un-finished, un-cut, un-modified, and un-damaged in the condition that they were received within 2 weeks of when they were received.  If the parts are received back to us with any finish applied, cuts, modifications, installed hardware, or damage then your refund will not be approved.  There is a 20% re-stocking fee for returns that were not the fault of Highland Manor Wood Products.

Be sure to secure the parts during shipment and write the RMA# that you are provided clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Include any packing lists in the box with the parts. Failure to do this will result in your refund not being approved.

Let us know when the parts are in route back to us. We must know when the parts are in transit back to us, even if the error was on us. For returns that were our not error, we must know the tracking number in order to process your refund, so you must send us the tracking number when the parts ship in addition to letting us know that the parts are in transit.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
