When you choose our free shipping option we will ship your product with either USPS priority mail, UPS Ground, Or FedEx Ground. Most orders will ship the same day if ordered before noon ET.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If your order is damaged or incorrect when you receive it, immediately email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or
call us at (716) 490-7218 and we will work to take care of you.
If the error was our fault, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label along with shipping instructions and an RMA (Return Authorization Number). This number will need to be clearly written on the outside of the box when shipping back to us.
If you need to return other items that were not our error, you must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. The parts must be shipped back to us in the condition that they were received, un-finished, un-cut, un-modified, and un-damaged. If the parts are received back to us with any finish applied, cuts, modifications, or damage, your refund will not be approved. We will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the return. You are responsible for paying the shipping back to us. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund.
